How much do I pay online?

For most activities a small deposit — you pay the rest to the provider on the day. For some offers, the car rental among them, you pay nothing online and the full amount to the provider. Which applies to your booking is shown before you confirm.

Right after booking you get a secure link by email. It opens your e-ticket with QR code and booking code — just show it on your phone at the meeting point, no printing needed.

Explorio is available in 11 languages — English, German, Greek, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Serbian and Hungarian. Most providers run their activities in English; other languages depend on the provider.

How can I pay?

If there is a deposit, it is handled securely through Stripe — major credit and debit cards plus wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where an offer takes nothing online, the provider's own payment methods apply on site.

Explorio is a booking channel for leisure activities in Cyprus — boat trips, diving, buggy and quad safaris, watersports, padel and car rental in Ayia Napa, Protaras/Paralimni and Paphos. The activities are run by independent local providers; Explorio takes care of your booking.

When do I need to be at the meeting point?

At the boarding time on your confirmation. On many boat trips everyone has to be on board before departure, so the boarding time is earlier than the start time. If your booking shows no boarding time, the start time applies.

Does a promo code reduce the whole price?

Accepted Answer

No — a promo code only reduces the deposit you pay online, never the amount you pay the provider on the day. If the code is worth more than the deposit, the online payment drops to zero and the amount due on site stays the same.

Are there age limits?

Accepted Answer

For some activities, yes: the party cruises are 16+, Discover Scuba is 10+ and car rental needs a driver aged 23 or over. The age on the day of the activity counts. The other activities have no minimum age on file — if in doubt, check the activity page before booking.

Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes. From your ticket you can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so it sits on your lock screen. That is optional — the link in your confirmation email and My Bookings in the app work just as well.
